Very polite staff, kept me updated on my inspection, sent a text with what was wrong, pictures for proof. Allowed me to take a rental till my inspection was completed. They only ask to put the gas in that was used. Very easy to work with and accommodating

Purchased a box truck here on New Years Eve. Jared was very friendly and accommodating during the sales process. However, we were told that the vehicle had a through look over before listing it for sale. 6 months later, the transmission is shot. I took it to a mechanic who found shards of metal in the transmission fluid and showed me the fluid itself was dark and should have been replaced before sale as these transmissions last a long time usually. The mechanics told me this sort of damage does not happen in 6 months. Either it was missed during the look over, which gives concern to quality of work, or they knew something was wrong and chose to sell it anyway, knowing it would make it 3 months and be out of warranty. Asked if they were able to contribute a portion of the $7000 to fix the transmission, which they were not legally obligated to do but I felt it would be fitting for the independent mechanic’s review of this being not addressed, but was told they would not. Either way, I wouldn’t in good conscience recommend this place, being it’s either not very good at best or downright unethical at worst.

Last Friday, after a 3 month search in the PA and NE Texas markets, I purchased a 2013 Toyota RAV4 at Keystone. Jared and Elvin were easy to connect with, no sense of a shifty dealer trying to part me with my money; in a time when we're all wondering, "Can I trust this person?" -- I came away refreshed. Ended up paying $36 less than the original OTD quote I'd gotten online. I highly recommend these guys if anyone is looking for a used car without all the dealership gimmicks.

We recently purchased a Toyota Highlander at Keystone. We spoke with Tanner, who was so friendly during our initial call, and very welcoming when we arrived. We were immediately surprised by how amazingly clean the Highlander was. It was absolutely stunning. Working with Jared was very relaxed and easy. He offered us a very competitive and fair price for our trade in. From start to finish we sat at his desk, not jumping around from office to office to do financing, etc. it was the fastest, easiest, best car buying experience we’ve probably ever had. Everyone was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely remember this the next time we need to buy a car.

We recently purchased a van from Keystone and found this dealership to be one of upmost integrity and professionalism. After the purchase, we returned a week later with needing to have some warranty work performed. The part in question turned out not to be part of the limited warranty. The service dept said they would split the cost of the repairs. Now that was customer service at its best. Something the dealership did not have to do but chose to do so. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good quality used vehicle. Thx to the sales and service team, it was a pleasure working with you. As of 5-18-26 we returned for some additional work. All was completed and several phone calls during the process to keep me posted on their progress. Great team! They are accommodating and super friendly. Will work with you to get your vehicle needs going. They provide a courtesy loaner vehicle which makes life so much easier, and they wash your vehicle one it is done!! There is quality of service here and I am happy to be part of it. The facility is super clean and organized, most shops are dirty or deteriorated, but not Keystone! Bathrooms and waiting areas are clean and well put together. Thank you Keystone team!!!

This is the place to take your vehicle if you want to pay twice for them to actually fix your vehicle. I took a vehicle in and described in detail what the vehicle was doing. They were very good at communicating and I was excited when then said the vehicle was ready. I went in, paid, drive the vehicle off the lot and within minutes the issue was still there. I called in and returned the vehicle to their lot kind of expecting them to stand behind their work and actually fix it. When they actually fixed it this time I went in to pick it up and was given a second invoice thus them expecting double payment to actually fix the vehicle. At this point I felt as if I was being conned. There was no reasoning with them. When I finally receive a letter from them in the mail apologizing, I will remove this review but until then I will share my experience with whomever wants to hear it. At one time I had major respect for Keystone but myself plus others have quickly lost respect for them due to this.

I dealt with Jared Stauffer. He was cordial and a layed back personality. I bought a 2020 Chevy Traverse. I would recommend Keystone Quality Motors !

Fantastic service!!!

First time customers. Ordered my wife tires from Tire Rack for Christmas. Kyle did a great job with price quoting on everything we wanted done. Had State Inspection done as well and that's always a nervous time waiting to hear what the shop is going to pitch at you. There was none of that here. Just needed wiper blades to pass and they recommended air filters. After talking to my wife the air filters were 2 1/2 years old and a completely legitimate up sale. I definitely get a good feeling that this shop is really honest about their repair suggestions. Having been in the auto industry for 30 years myself in collision shops,that statement should go a long way for customers looking at using this shop. Great Job!

Happy with recently purchased vehicle from Key Stone Quality Motors. After having looked into vehicles for a bit, and after speaking to people and seeing many crazy stories involving dealers, was hesitant to travel over 2 hours. After an initial conversation with Jarod, decided to take the chance. The experience with Key Stone was good. They are honest, and answer all questions with patience, no pressure of what you should or shouldn't do. The customer can make clear decisions with proper information. Even after purchasing vehicle they answered questions that still needed clarifying. This is a place that for people looking for a vehicle should be recommended. Friendly staff and helpful with the breakdown of the specific issues/jobs The mechanics tried their best to get the vehicle to pass the emissions test but unfortunately that stubborn check engine light just would not go away. On top of that the staff did other things that i asked to do as well as on the previous staff suggestions checklist. Not only they were patience enough to take the time to get everything working (about a week long) but the loaner car was totally awesome to let me drive me everywhere. And finally the car was cleaned up with shine and no dog hairs. I did not expected that at all. Thank you for not touching things that i forgot to take home. I really appreciated it from the bottom of my heart.

Discovered serious issue related to catalytic converter repair. Tanner at Keystone is taking the issue very seriously and working to correct the issue.

Trustworthy, very professional. Staff are the nicest people! They take the time to explain any work that's been done or needs to be taken care. Keystone is the best, been going for 5 years and will continue only going to them for Auto care.

Great customer service and transparency. Tanner was always giving updates and asking/explaining things before ever proceeding. They take pictures and you can see the problem areas online which was super helpful. They also offered a courtesy car while mine was in the shop. Definitely recommend this auto shop!

Was very satisfied with their work, and the modernization of communicating with me. Most garages are very old school. With Keystone I was sent a link with a detailed description (and pics) of what needed to be done and what else could be done, each with an approve/decline button. Did not feel talked down to or rushed out the door. I appreciate the extras also. Thank you very much.
